Weekend Fun!

Pioneer Day!
On Thursday we celebrated pioneer day with our loved ones, by going up the canyon for a picnic and playing around! We're trying to live it up for the last weekend with the baby bump!

Easton only wanted to take pictures where he was right side down! Taylor and Sadie had a blast playing together!

Poor Jordy got attacked by a killer wasp, she had four or five stings!
***
Easton loving his grandmas!

Everyone sat around talking and eating yummy food!

Easton thinks daddy is a surf board, he paddles out and then pops up to surf his way in! I'll have to get it on video one of these days! Taylor has conquered the monkey bars this summer!

Cousin doggie pile!
Then it was back to my moms to have yummy homemade ice cream and lots of other good treats, and join the fun neighbors for firework fun!

It was a great way to celebrate pioneer day!

Then on Friday we went for a drive up to...

Cascade Springs!
The boys were in heaven wading in the freezing cold springs,
chewing on some grass like dad,
running on the boardwalks and bridges,

and looking for fish!
It was nice and cool up there, and it was fun to hike around and see the springs!

Playing in the Rain!
On Saturday night we had a big rainstorm and it flooded the end of our street, the kids had a blast puddle jumping in the massive pond that was forming at the end of the street!
The water came up to Taylor's thighs and was well above Easton knees! They were loving every second of it!
daddy couldn't help but join in on all the fun too!
Then it was time for a bath to warm up from playing in the cold water!

so if you couldn't tell... we've had a great weekend filled with lots of fun!

Yet again, another silly story. (If your sick of reading these, this is more of a journal for me so I don't forget. So just get used to it!!) I was doing hair the other night and Jeff had made the boys hot dogs for dinner. Taylor was not thrilled by the idea and kept coming in to the salon trying to get out of having to eat his. Well, the person who's hair I was doing kept asking him if he liked hot dogs different ways, like with chili and cheese,or with mustard and onions. To which he always replied no. Then she asks if he liked corn dogs, which he loves. But he came up with his reply carefully and said "Yes, I do like corn dogs. I just don't like the original!" Who could argue with that!

Hayleigh's New Nursery!

Before... Easton's old bedroomAll boyish with Planes, trucks, and cars! After...
The long awaited pics of the new nursery. You can click on them to get a closer look if you want to!
It's so weird to see all the pink and girly things, but we're loving it!
The way cute bedding made by my awesome friend Mary! She is way talented!
Jeff wanted to do the pink and brown theme, so I ran with it! But I thought it would be fun to add some touches of turquoise!
We all love the way it turned out, and can't wait to put our sweet baby girl in there!
~~~~~
Well I have less than a week until the induction date, if I make it that far, which is next Tuesday the 29th! We are way excited to see our new sweetheart! If you didn't get a chance to play the guessing game a couple posts ago (baby update and silly story), you still have time. So take a stab at the date & time she'll be born. Plus how much she'll weigh and her length, and if you think she'll have hair or not! It'll be fun to see who guesses the closest!
Mad Amounts of July Fun...
Party on the 4th of July!
Where better to start then the Fourth of July!
We went to my moms house and had a BBQ with family and then some neighbors joined in on the front yard fun. This is me taping up the screen for a little rockband session!
And then the game was rockin'!
Then it was time for the fireworks, good old driveway of fire! And what would any fireworks show be without a little entertainment! Family, food, friends and fun, who could ask for a better holiday!
Mini golfing with family...
My uncle Todd and his boys came up for baseball camp at BYU and so we spent a little time with them! This is cousin Carson enjoying quality time with the boys!
Aunt Tiff and grandma were gracious enough to take the boys so I wouldn't have to in the summer heat, I was having uncomfortable contractions that evening! So thanks ladies, the boys had a blast!
Dino Museum Birthday!
The Dino Museum had all sorts of fun things going on to celebrate the birthday of there opening so Janet and I took the boys for a fun filled afternoon of activity's
This dino was made completely out of balloons, It was awesome!
They even had face painting, and a scavenger hunt! It was a lot of fun!
3 Prego's Pampered with Pedicures!
Janet, Mary and I went one afternoon to get our feet pampered a bit before the baby's come our way!
It was a nice relaxing afternoon without the kids! Here are the finished feet!
And of course swimming!
What would summer be without swimming on a hot sunny day!
Thanks Lisa for always letting us come over to swim!
Easton has gotten really brave this year,
and Tay has learned to swim the length of the pool!
and last but not least...
Another cute kid story!
So a few mornings ago me and the boys were laying in my bed and they were taking turns talking to Hayleigh in my tummy! Easton was being silly and talking to her when all of the sudden my tummy rumbled. Easton then looks at me with this huge smile on his face and says; "Oh my gosh mom, Oh my gosh, she just burped back at me!" He was so thrilled and kept trying to get her to respond again!
