Hayleigh's Heart!

Yeah For A Healthy Heart!
Hayleigh had her appointment on August 29th, one month old, early Friday morning up at Primary Children's. First they weighed her, she weighed 9 lbs. 2 oz., and then ran some tests on her. They started with an echo cardiogram. She did really good, she didn't like her arms pinned down in the blanket, but the lady had me dip her binky in some syrup and she loved it! She slept through parts of it, the test took about 45 minutes. By the time she was done her face was covered in red stickiness! Then we were back to the waiting room until they had a room for us! After we got in the room, they did an EKG. They put 13 of those stickers on her tiny little body, and then hooked her up to all the wires. She looked like a super hero getting charged in her superpowers! Then they took her blood pressure in both of her legs and both arms to see that she was getting even blood flow through all her limbs. After that the doctor came in and listened to her and checked her out, then he went to look at all the test results. When he came back in he said... "There is nothing wrong with her!!!!!" YAHOO! I felt so relieved. He explained to us how the heart works in the uterus and then after she's born, and told us what had been making the noise that concerned the doctor, but that was gone! She does have what they call an innocent murmur, but that won't cause any problems to her through out her life. He said we wouldn't even need any follow ups! So all is well, and we are way SO happy! Thanks for all your prayers, we really appreciate it!

On they way home, we stopped to see Mary and...
New baby CASEN
He was only 6 lbs. 11 oz. So he made our little Hayleigh look big! They are close to the same length, so he's just skinny compared to her! Mary looked fantastic, and he was such a little cutie!
Hayleigh and her new friend Casen!
You did good Mary, We love ya! Good luck with #4!

First Day of School!

Taylor Goes to Kindergarten! It's so hard to believe that Taylor is old enough to be in kindergarten! I'm still a little in denial. But the fact is that he went to kindergarten for the first time yesterday! He was so excited and a little nervous, it wouldn't be Taylor if he wasn't nervous! Mostly it was excitement though! Daddy and Mommy were excited for him too! Jeff came home from work to see Taylor go off to school!
These are pictures of Taylor with his proud posse! Grandma even came on her lunch to see Tay get on the bus!

This is Tay showing off his Power Ranger backpack power!
Easton was so excited for Tay too!
These are pictures of Easton, Daddy and Hayleigh waiting for the bus!
Here it comes!
And off he goes!
Jeff went over to the school and took pictures of him in front of his classroom!
We are so proud of our big boy! Taylor we love you so much and are excited for you to have fun experiences this year in kindergarten!
***
Before school started this week, we had some end of summer fun last week by going to the...
Veterans Pool!
Lisa thought it would be fun to go one last time before school started!
Brynn, Easton, Conli, Max and Tay waiting to go in!
My kids love the water SO much, they really turn into little fishes!
Easton has gotten really brave this summer, and he is getting the swimming thing down pack!
Tay has learned to swim the whole length of Lisa's pool this summer! Tiff took the boys to the Scera pool on friday, and Taylor showed her his impressive backstroke halfway across the pool, which before that he had NEVER done! Tiff asked him where he learned that, and he told her "from the Olympics!" of course where else would he have learned that! Jeff had them on twenty four seven at our house!
The kids soaking up the sun!

Me, Stacie, Tiff and Lisa! Thanks girls for the last trip to the "real" pool! And no, I didn't bring my three week old baby. She stayed home with grandma, Thanks Diane! The gang with Aunt Tiffy! Tiff surprised us and showed up at the pool, the kids ran and attacked her, they were so excited that she came! And we were so excited for her because she had just found out that she had passed her super hard math class! Yeah, way to go Tiffy!
The so in love Conli and Easton! I'm pretty sure that Conli told me about a million times that day that her and Easton were getting married, in the Temple! In the car on the way down, they were discussing having the wedding party at the pool! So funny!

Tay and Max!
Silly Fish!
Getting ready to go!
It was a great last trip for the summer! I can't wait till next year when I'm not huge prego lady or have a new baby so that we can go a little more!

We had to live it up for the end of summer, so the next day we went to...
Chuck E Cheese!
I love that Conli and Easton yell each others names and run and embrace each other like they haven't seen each other in years every time they see one another! I'll really have to get it on camera sometime!
Fun Prizes! Easton had to have these!
Lisa sporting the old man look! Looks good on you Lis!

Tiffany and her purple barrettes to match her purple Hannah Montana rock star phone, as Taylor calls it!
Tay and Tiff with their prizes! Taylor went over by himself with some of the tickets he earned and surprised tiff with her purple barrettes! He loves his aunt Tiffy!

And last but not least, here are a couple of pictures of Our little Hayleigh girl!
Daddy loves her So much!

How time flys when your getting no sleep!

WOW, it really is crazy how time goes by so fast! I can't believe Hayleigh is already two weeks old. She had her two week check up yesterday and weighed in at 7 lbs. 14 oz. so she is still so small, she doesn't fit into anything yet. which is kind of a problem, because she already probably won't get to wear all her cute outfits, because she has so much little size stuff!! We love her so much and just can't get enough of her! We call her our little "Peanut"! Sometimes we call her "Squeakers" because she makes so many little squeaky noises! It's amazing how you have no time to do anything (like blog) with a newborn. You forget how demanding they are on your time!

"Our Peanut"

"ET Phone Home"

This is the boys silly game of playing ET, Janet I'm sure you'll appreciate it! They walk around tucked into their shirts and say things like, "ET phone home" and point their finger and say "OUCH"! It's really cute and it makes me laugh! I love them so much!"Sleeping Beauty"
Here are some pictures of our sweet little angel sleeping! She really has perfected the art of sleeping all DAY! Although she is getting a little better! The last couple nights have been pretty rough because she's gotten a cold and can't breath very good when you lay her down. It's really sad. We almost made it a whole two weeks before she got her first sickness!

"New Backpacks!"
The boys are getting really pumped about starting school, and while we were at the mall getting some newborn picture at Kiddie Kandids on Saturday (Take a look at those down the side of the blog! They're way SO cute!) Daddy took them over to the Disney store to get Easton a new backpack! Taylor also suckered grandma into getting him a new backpack for kindergarten! Here they are posing with them, they love them because they also came with lunchboxes so they are way cool!
Taylor got Power Rangers
And Easton got Buzz Lightyear!
"Loving Hayleigh"

Here are just a few pictures of us loving our new family member!
The boys can't leave her alone for two seconds, they love her oh so much!
This picture was at 7:29 exactly one week old!

" The proud big brothers holding their baby!"
We walked over to my moms a couple days ago and Taylor wanted his friends to see his baby sister, and they wouldn't come in to see her. So he said to them "Get your buns inside to see my baby she is SO cute!"
Easton is always telling everyone "she's so cute"! And the other night he said to me, "Mom, I love Hayleigh so much. She is SO beautiful!"
Daddy also loves his little princess tons!
We haven't been up to a lot the last couple of weeks except adjusting to our new family member, and it's been great! Also, don't forget to look at the new Kiddie Kandids pictures on the side of the blog! Family and friends have been so good to help out with taking the boys to play and do fun things, and bringing in a meal, or chocolate chip cookies! I couldn't ask for better friends and family! I love you all so much, thank you for all that you do for me!
~~~~~
One last thing at Hayleigh's appointment the doctor heard a heart murmur, it was enough that he wants us to see the cardiologist at primary children's. But he also said not to stress until we get it checked out, because it could be nothing! At this point he says her little cold worries him more, just because she's so little! So I was just hoping that you could keep her in your prayers, that her cold will clear up quickly and that the heart murmur will be nothing! Thanks, Loves again to all!
