Christmas Eve!
We started off Christmas Eve with the traditional Knight Family Breakfast!
Grandpa even had fun props for picture taking!
Amy and Hayleigh played Pretty Princess on Amy's phone
but mostly we snuggled to keep warm and just enjoyed each others company!
Sometimes you get static hair when you wrestle with Aunt Sarah in the blankets!
Lots of loves on one couch!
~~~
After breakfast and hanging out at grandma and grandpa Knight's we came home and got ready for the day and got ready to head over to Nana and Papa's house for the rest of our Christmas Eve traditions!
We had yummy food, and Caroled the neighborhood and then settled in for Candles and the Nativity!
The cute young kiidos did the Nativity this year!
Such a cute little angel!
Then came the opening of Christmas PJ's!
the boys loved their elf shirts and sweats!
and Hayleigh got a beautiful Rapunzel nightgown and her very own Pascal!
Blake loved cuddling in his jammies!
Cousin jammie time!
then the it was time for bed so the man with the big red sled could come!
The stockings were hung by the chimney in care, in hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there!
The children were snuggled all warm in their beds, while visions of sugar plums danced in their heads!
That's a lot of bed! The kids love that they get to have a giant Christmas slumber party! I love that this tradition started when it was just my brother, a cousin and I. Now there are to many to count!
Waiting to see if Santa has come!
My SO very cute family
time for the line up!
He CAME!
Checking out the stockings!
man we are one spoiled family
I made the kids books from our trip to Disneyland!
Jeff and I decided instead of spending money on a bunch of toys the kids didn't need we'd go to Disneyland as a family with our Christmas money! It was such a good choice!
Showing daddy her new Rapunzel doll from Uncle Pookie!
speaking of Uncle Pookie... He and Blake disappeared for a bit and took a little nap! So cute!
Santa brought Hayleigh a package of Ballerina things!
She was in heaven!
Easton was happy with his Hexi Bug from his stocking!
Sisters in matching PJ's!
all the boys in their Elf shirts!
The whole family!
I'm so grateful that Christmas fell on a Sunday this year! What a blessing to get an extra reminder of why we celebrate this holiday! And to get to go with my family and remember all that our Savior has done for us... I feel so very blessed and full of gratitude!
~~~
New Christmas Sunday clothes!
Such handsome boys
and beautiful girl
talk about cute!
I love my family more than words can say!
~~~
After church we came home and got back into cozy clothes and the Knight clan came over for the rest of the day and evening to eat and play!
First we opened some presents!
Taylor Sandwich
a new camera yepee
Hexi Bug Tracks! So excited!
Loves and thanks!
Hayleigh even shared her new lippy with grandpa!
then we played with our fun things!
Or chewed on things!
It was even warm enough for a little bit that the boys could try out the bike ramp that grandma and grandpa got Taylor!
Then there was LOTS of eating and game playing!
and more looking through the Disney books
and cuddling... eating... and playing!
Such a wonderful Christmas filled with all the people we love most, that is truly the best gift and biggest blessing we have in our life! And what it is all about!
